New from MEAN WELL a modified sine wave DC/AC inverter, A300-100 Series. A modified sign wave inverter capable of providing 100W contunually and 150W/3 minutes and 200W peak load surge power capabilities to fulfil low power AC source demands.
Using high frequency circuit topology, A300-100 Series is capable of up to 90% high efficiency. This light weight cylindrical designed inverter of fanless design makes installation easier as it can simply be placed in the cup holder of a vehicle with no worries about ventilation. The built-in USB port output allows the connection of small consumer products such as iPods, mobile phones, PDA’s, MP3/MP4 players & bluetooth headsets, so that they may be powered or charged conveniently, by A300-100, in the car, truck, yacht or mobile home.
Protection for this unit is complete: internal fuse, battery low alarm, battery low shutdown, battery polarity, battery over voltage protections for input side, while short circuit, inverter overload, and over temperature protections for output side. The design of A300-100 series complies with global safety and EMC certificates and is suitable for powering many kinds of consumer electronics, home appliances, office & portable equipment, lighting equipment in vehicles, yachts, and mobile homes.
