The new MDR-10 Series from MEAN WELL is a 10W slim Din Rail Switching Power Supply for the fast growing demand for low wattage din rail applications. These 10W Class I models are enclosed within an fully isolated plastic case and use the same physical dimensions as the existing MDR-20 series.

Featuring up to 85% of efficiency, the MDR-10 series can be cooled by only free air convection, up to 70°C, which significantly increases the reliability and lifetime of the power supply. Another important feature of MDR-10 is its low no load power consumption of <0.75W, this unique characteristic can significantly expand the potential applications beyond the expected heavy industrial fields to include data communications and IT applications that require green power to save energy.

Other standard functions of MDR-10 Series include short circuit, over load & over voltage protections and a DC OK signal for monitoring the status of the PSU. Typical applications include factory automation, process control, signal sensor, electro-mechanical industry, data communications, IT and many more.
