The KSR-02IP Series is a KNX routing and tunneling device with the ability to address all bus devices in the KNX bus system, making network operations less time-consuming.
Description
The KSR-02IP is part of the KSR series, which is a KNX net/ IP routing and tunneling device. The device also works as a KNX IP line/area coupler.
The KSR-02IP has the ability to address all bus devices in the KNX bus system, making network operations less time consuming.
LEDs are used on the device to indicate operational and filtering states, malfunction and faulty communication.
The device is UPnP and its firmware can be updated via the built-in web front-end page.
The KSR series connects Ethernet/ KNX IP and KNX TP two media for commissioning, addressing, parameters setting, visualisation and diagnostic operations between devices on the KNX bus.
The KSR series is able to filter the traffic according to the installation place in the bus system hierarchy and according to the built-in filter tables for group orientated communication.
Configuration from the sub line can be blocked, and message filtering can temporarily be deactivated at anytime using a button press on the device.
Additionally, there is no need for an external power supply for this device and, if necessary, temporary access to other lines is possible without download from the ETS.
